  • Pricing components:
    • Gold/Silver Rate (Live Market)
    • Making Charges
    • GST (3%)

⚠️ Final price may vary at billing time due to rate fluctuation.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • We may cancel orders due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Fraud detection

💳 5. EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) Terms

(Applicable if EMI option is enabled via bank/NBFC like Bajaj Finance / Razorpay)

  • EMI approval depends on customer credit profile
  • Down payment (if applicable) must be paid upfront
  • EMI tenure: 3–24 months (depending on provider)
  • Interest rates and charges are controlled by the finance partner

❗ Important:

  • We receive full payment from lender → customer repays EMI to lender
  • In case of EMI default:
    • Finance partner may charge penalty
    • Legal action may be taken by lender

🪙 6. Gold Saving Scheme (If Applicable)

  • Customer deposits fixed monthly amount
  • Tenure: 6 / 9 / 11 months (as offered)
  • Final month benefit may include:
    • Discount on making charges

Rules:

  • Missed installments may lead to scheme cancellation
  • No cash refund → only jewellery purchase allowed
  • Scheme is non-transferable

💼 7. Wallet / Store Credit Policy

  • Store credits may be issued in:
    • Refund cases
    • Promotional offers

Rules:

  • Validity: 6–12 months
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • Can be used only on our website/store

🚚 8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery across India
  • Estimated time: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery delays may occur due to:
    • Courier issues
    • Natural events
    • Government restrictions

🔁 9. Return Pickup Policy

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days
  • Pickup arranged by our logistics partner

Conditions:

  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • With original packaging
    • With invoice

❌ Return not accepted for:

  • Customized jewellery
  • Damaged or worn products

❌ 10. Cancellation Policy

  • Allowed within 24 hours

💰 11. Refund Policy

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days
  • Mode: Original payment method or store credit

No refund in:

  • Customized jewellery
  • Used/damaged products

    • Original bill required
    • Product unused
